These terms apply to use of kween.co.uk (the Website). By using the Website you agree to these terms. Different terms may apply to particular promotions and third-party services.

KWEEN publishes fashion, beauty, shopping and lifestyle journalism, opinion and recommendations for general information and inspiration. We seek to check and update information, but prices, availability, descriptions and links may change. Content is not individual medical, financial or other professional advice. Readers should independently assess products and claims before relying on them.

We may receive payment, commission, products or other benefits in connection with advertisements, sponsored features, commercial partnerships and affiliate links. Commercial content will be identified where required by UK advertising rules. Editorial views are KWEEN’s own unless otherwise indicated. A retailer’s payment for a competition listing does not mean KWEEN runs that competition.

Retailer websites, external promotions, social media platforms and linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Unless expressly stated, KWEEN is not the seller, fulfilment provider or promoter of third-party products or prize draws. Check a retailer’s terms, stock, delivery, returns and promotion rules before participating or purchasing.

KWEEN and its licensors retain rights in the Website’s original text, layout, branding, photography and other protected material. You may browse, link to and share brief extracts with attribution for lawful personal use. Do not reproduce whole articles, commercially reuse materials, systematically scrape content or use KWEEN trademarks without permission, except as permitted by law.

Do not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, impersonate others or interfere with its operation. If you send us content, you warrant you have the necessary rights and grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, review and use it to respond to your submission or run the feature for which it was supplied. We may remove unlawful or inappropriate material.

We feature independent third-party competitions, paid or sponsored competition listings, and promotions operated by KWEEN. For a third-party competition, the named retailer’s or promoter’s competition terms, eligibility, closing dates, privacy notice and winner-selection rules govern. Follow the link to the organiser’s original promotion and read those terms before entering. KWEEN is not responsible for a third-party organiser’s selection, prize or fulfilment merely because we display its competition. Sponsored listings will be labelled where required.

Where KWEEN is expressly named as promoter, the promotion-specific rules below or on the relevant entry page apply. Unless otherwise stated, entry is free and no purchase is required. We may reject fraudulent, automated, duplicate or ineligible entries after reasonable checks. We will conduct draws fairly and award prizes as advertised. Material restrictions must also be displayed prominently in promotional material, not solely in these terms.

Promoter: KWEEN Media Ltd. Opening: 1 October 2026 at 00:00 UK time. Closing: 31 January 2027 at 23:59 UK time. Prize: one prize consisting of £1,000 worth of ZARA vouchers for one winner. The vouchers are subject to the issuer’s applicable redemption conditions, including any stated validity period and usage restrictions. No cash alternative; the prize is non-transferable.

Entry is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over at entry, excluding Northern Ireland. Employees of KWEEN and anyone professionally connected with administering the draw, and their immediate households, cannot enter. One entry per person, submitted through the KWEEN website or a KWEEN competition lead form on Facebook or Instagram during the entry period. No purchase is required. Duplicate entries do not increase the chance of winning.

The promotion is advertised as a KWEEN newsletter subscription giveaway. The entry form states that entering subscribes the entrant to KWEEN marketing emails, with an unsubscribe option in each email. This arrangement is subject to the separate marketing-consent requirements explained in KWEEN’s Privacy Policy. An unsubscribe does not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

Within 14 days after closing, one winner will be chosen at random from valid entries using a documented random selection process. The winner will be contacted at the email address supplied and must respond within seven days of the notification. If no response is received after reasonable contact attempts, or eligibility cannot be established, KWEEN may select an alternative winner fairly. KWEEN may request reasonable proof of age, residence and identity and the minimum details needed to supply the prize.

We intend to provide the prize within 30 days of receiving the winner’s necessary details, subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If the advertised vouchers become unavailable, a reasonable equivalent of the same nature and at least equal value may be provided. KWEEN may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where genuinely unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary and only to the extent lawful and fair to entrants. Closing dates will not be changed simply to increase entries.

To comply with UK prize-promotion transparency rules, KWEEN may make available the winner’s surname and county, or other information required by applicable advertising rules, subject to valid objections and privacy protections. Winners may object to or limit disclosure by emailing hello@kween.co.uk, although KWEEN may still need to provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by ZARA, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle competition entries, Klaviyo marketing records and other personal data. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails or by contacting hello@kween.co.uk. Unsubscribing does not affect your right to claim a prize or the administration of an existing entry.

We may update the Website, correct mistakes or suspend features for security or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general editorial information or third-party sites where the law permits. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
